Due to the high volume of questions that I am getting, I will be prioritizing answering all questions in the VIP section of this server.
Today the markets across the board were flat. I ended up not beating the markets, mostly due to $TSLA and $SOXL pulling back.
I ended up putting in a lot of limit orders for options today. Here are the ones that didn't fill.
Here are the ones that did fill, including selling to close for profit more than one. Usually I dollar cost average taking profit, so I still have contracts left over for a lotto push. Picked up some AAPL LEAPS, DKNG possible lottos, and closed the BABA before Jack disappears again.
All of my current options positions:
Adding to Watchlist:
$CLOV: Clover Health Group has recently been under investigation for potential securities fraud claims on behalf of shareholders, resulting from allegations that Clover might have issued misleading information to the investing public. That was on February the 4th and now it seems to be slowly climbing back up. Since I like to get good deals on stocks, and sometimes these "investigations" are overreaction or even instigated by short sellers, they can provide good buying opportunities for us retailers.
Target Price: $17
Timeframe: 3-5 months
$SPCE: Virgin Galactic provides human spaceflight for private individuals and researchers. As of recent, it feels like we have entered a new space age, or race. Especially with Elon Musk and his SpaceX garnering a lot of attention, almost anything space related is doing well. I feel as if this one is over bought solely based on a lot of hype and possibly fear of missing out (FOMO). I'll be waiting for a correction, but if it corrects, I'll pick up some LEAPS most likely.
Target Price: $65
Timeframe: 2-5 months
$FUTU: Futu Holdings is an investment holding company engaged in offering digitized brokerage platforms, most notably MooMoo.com. This one keeps coming across my radar, so I check out MooMoo's mobile and desktop app. They offer free lvl 2 data, decent margin rates, and access to invest in Hong Kong and Chinese stocks (very interesting for me). The mobile app is nice, but the desktop app is very laggy for me as of now. Nevertheless, $FUTU keeps on pushing up. If they improve the desktop version, I might start trading a little bit there. Also, I think they should rebrand. MooMoo is a strange name although I see they are going for a bull or cow noise. Its a Chinese company and in Chinese the word 'niu' for bull and cow are often interchangeable. It is to expensive for me now, but I'll be watching it closely.
Target Price: $170
Timeframe: 1-3 months
$PLTR: Palantir back at it again. I get a lot of questions regarding this one. Is it technically a meme stock? Do you remember when I first wrote about it?
And this is as of today:
It almost was exactly what I thought with my green/red arrows! Right now, I might sell a put and hope to get assigned at a cheaper price. Other than that, it is pushing toward the first level of targets so I'll keep watching it.
$AAPL: Currently I have the April 16th $150 calls; they are down. If $AAPL continues at its current slope of support, it should intersect with my BEP (break even price) exactly on the expiration date.
A more realistic hypothetical prediction:
So if this does play out the way I hope, I'd take profit in the yellow circle. Let's just see how it plays out in the next few days. If you are looking to get into this one, I'd say give it a couple extra months to play it more conservative than I have. If you are already in it with me, we might roll it out in the future.
Also, I picked up some AAPL LEAPS deep ITM at $120 with a delta of 70 today.
Note: Risk (1 out of 5) is my opinion of how risky the stock and these plays are; 1 being the lowest and 5 is the highest.
